Their staff was not friendly at all, I found out that I owed them money for a bill and have been trying to pay for over a month now and the receptionist refuses to take my payment. Ive also been out of my medication and she refuses to make an appointment until the Dr looks over my chart about the bill that is not paid, so I feel like I'm facing a loose loose situation. I've called once a week to try and resolve this situation. No only do I feel that they don't care that I've been out of medication but they also don't care that this could overall affect my credit score. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
