The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
