I have no complaints at all with Dr. Roth. I am very satisfied with his care, and I have been a patient of his for a very long time. However, there is a blonde lady who works for him in reception who is very rude. There was a mixup regarding an appointment, and she actually laughed at me for the mistake I made. I was very embarrassed as there were others around, and one very nice girl had come over to help me as well.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.
