They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. My appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. I have even signed in and then left the office and came back and I still had not been called. Lots of sales people running in and out, but the patients wait. They always make an effort to be polite and courteous. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. An hour wait is not unusual. I have fallen asleep a few times while waiting. And I never get the dotor's full attention. If I get five minutes at an appointment I feel like he is hurrying to get to the next patient and I still have questions.
There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I found the office, but the building is kind of hidden. I wish it had been easier to locate. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Getting an appointment or talking to the nurse is a real pain. They have this thing where you can send a e-mail or leave a message. You never get a person and the time they don't call back. They always call my wife back for her appoints but I have trouble with mine. I think the doctor is great but the appointment thing drives me nuts.
They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better.
