They are extremely reliable, and have never canceled any of my appointments. They went out of their way to make me feel respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I really liked they took the time to explain my treatment's risks and benefits clearly. They made sure that I understood everything before I started treatment. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The staff really knows what they're doing. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Dr. Waddell was empathetic and professional and was helpful to me and to meet and talk to my son during my treatment.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They never encouraged any of my negative behavior, and gave me plenty of helpful solutions for what I was going through. They were able to help me get of negative patterns and routines very quickly. I didn't have to spend a lot of time in the waiting room at all. I only spent a couple of minutes in there.
