I didn't have to spend a lot of time in the waiting room at all. I only spent a couple of minutes in there. It wasn’t difficult to get an appointment with them at all. It was nice to be able to get in right away. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They were friendly and made me feel at home. I've always appreciated how great they are about getting back to me right away. Whenever I call I always hear back from them within a couple of days.
