Reasonable waiting room time. Hours/Days are limited thus possibly explaining crowded waiting room. Doctor speaks too low for an ENT, who deals with patients with hearing issues. Particulars are overlooked like, giving patient copies of reports, or the doctor writing a note for a work supervisor with missing pertinent information, etc. Good enough for this area, but make the trip over the DelMemBrdg into Delaware for a broader selection of ENT's.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I wasn't worried about their office equipment in the least. Everything seemed safe and up to date with current standards.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
