Reasonable waiting room time. Hours/Days are limited thus possibly explaining crowded waiting room. Doctor speaks too low for an ENT, who deals with patients with hearing issues. Particulars are overlooked like, giving patient copies of reports, or the doctor writing a note for a work supervisor with missing pertinent information, etc. Good enough for this area, but make the trip over the DelMemBrdg into Delaware for a broader selection of ENT's.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I wasn't worried about their office equipment in the least. Everything seemed safe and up to date with current standards.
