Dr. Feinstein is amazing, kind, caring and knowledgeable.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. All my questions are always answered.

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.

They are always so friendly and welcoming to me during my appointments. They strive to make every patient feel valued and important. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
Their standard of patient comfortability is obviously very high and it showed throughout the entire appointment. I was impressed from the first moment I entered for my appointment and sat in their very comfortable waiting room chairs.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

Their eye equipment was so new and advanced I had never even seen it before. It was so much better than other optometrists I've been to. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
