Considering I've been seeing Dr. Swarup for 1-2 years, I can't believe that overall this doctor & staff are not very personable or caring!! I feel like I've gotten worse not any better in all this time. I truly feel it is not a Caring place. My last RA Doctor was much more caring and helpful. If you are looking for a rheumatologist keep looking. It is almost impossible to get through to the office and the office sucks!!!

Dr Swarup has always been kind and understanding. She lets me know if my medications are going to be expensive and if there are other options available for me to choose from. They are prompt in getting back with any questions I have though at times I have had trouble getting my prescriptions filled by my pharmacy when they fax them.

I can't believe anyone would give Dr Swarup a bad review. For 6 years she has been my rheumatologist and I love her. Brand new office, receptionist greets everyone by name and a doctor who listens to me. The office is busy but runs like a well oiled machine. Everyone here seems like they really like patients. I called with an emergency and was seen the same day by her P.A. who was well trained, professional and knew just what to do to help me with my flare.
I will never change doctors. I already have the best.
