Dr Swarup is a horrible doctor. After losing my paperwork for FMLA due to a fibromyalgia related hospitalization, her staff member called to tell me she had a message from the doctor for me"The doctor does not believe that fibromyalgia causes loss of time from work and does not warrant FMLA, she does not fill out paperwork for disability, worker compensation, or FMLA". She has the personality of a limp dishrag, keeps you waiting in the exam room for over half an hour, prescribes the most expensive and newest medications, etc. I will not be going to her again. She didn't remember anything about my case from when I was treated by her for over a year.

The office was easy enough to find. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. The office staff isn't friendly, they don't remember me from one appt to the next; I'm just another patient. The infusion RNs do remember me and they are great. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I don't feel like the MD listens to my requests; she wants me to follow her plan only, without deviation.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
