Fixed two hammertoes in the office with minor surgical procedure. I walked out of the office bandaged and in my own flip flops. I am always seen on time and the staff has been more than cordial with me. I will continue to see Dr. Jacobs as needed.

When I called to schedule an office visit, I was impressed that I was given numerous appointment options within the next two days. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, my experience was all down hill from there. I was not called back to the waiting room until 1.5 hours past my scheduled appointment time. Once in the exam room, I waited an additional 25 minutes for Dr Jacob to see me and he did not even have the common courtesy to apologize for running so late. He spent minimal face to face time with me and I felt pressured to have an expensive x-ray done on my foot. I was not impressed with Dr Jacobs and will never return to his office.

Dr. Jacobs used to be my go to podiatrist but now when you make an appointment with him he is not.the person you see. I was seen by a student doctor that told me nonsense. Also, the staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. On top of all of this.......now I have a $500 piece of foot hardware that they MADE me pay for!!!!!
