Dr. Jacobs used to be my go to podiatrist but now when you make an appointment with him he is <url removed> person you see. I was seen by a student doctor that told me nonsense. Also, the staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. On top of all of I have a $500 piece of foot hardware that they MADE me pay for!!!!!

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
