Dr. Jacobs used to be my go to podiatrist but now when you make an appointment with him he is <url removed> person you see. I was seen by a student doctor that told me nonsense. Also, the staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. On top of all of I have a $500 piece of foot hardware that they MADE me pay for!!!!!

I didn't see any modern equipment. I thought maybe some of the staff were afraid of the doctor. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they were wary of him. Some offices are kept cold, but their office was OK. The doctor didn't take the time to answer my questions and seemed in a hurry. He acted like my questions weren't intelligent ones. I never saw so many signs in just about every room in their offices - they make visits more stressful.
