The Dr was very proffesional and informative, I met him on an ER basis at Potomac Hospital, where he did my 8 years old daughter second foot surg. I was very pleased with his service and attention and care he provided to her.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. Their staff is very friendly and professional. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Their equipment was really impressive; safe, up-to-date, and well taken care of. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.
