Dr Bonini is the greatest, however it is very difficult to get an appointment when needed. You have to make it far out, so if it is something that is pressing, but not bad enough to go to the emergency room,. go to an urgent care place. Also - his staff tends to not switch over from the answering service at the time they say there are open.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Dr. Bonini is great; however, it is next to impossible to get an appointment with him especially if you are a new patient. Although having an appointment is useless when you have to wait for an hour or more to be seen regardless of what time your appointment is. When you do finally see the doctor it is most often worth the wait. He is personable and caring. He takes the time necessary to answer all of your questions and explain the entire situation/process to you in detail.

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
