Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. I do not agree with the way they do business here, rushed at check in, ignored, doctor was rude to his staff he treats them very poorly. This doctor was not happy to answer questions. Tip: patients can hear conversations in the hall way, doctor on personal calls.
