My wife had an ear infection. After the long wait for the first scheduled appointment she needed surgery. The doctor prolonged it even more as he had a vacation scheduled. My wife was told to come back for a follow up visit after the surgery. The appointment was scheduled a day in March, 2011. After driving 45 minutes to get there the office said she was a half hour late, even through she wrote the time down and was on time according to what she was given. The office refused to see her today as they said she was a half hour late. The office never called to confirm. The appointment has been rescheduled for 3 days later. This office is so busy the wait is very long and when they make a mistake they do not try to correct it in a timely manner. If my wife has lost hearing, we will sue.
