The Womens Surgery Center and Dr. MacKoul were professional, very competent, and made me feel comfortable with my decision to proceed with surgery. I had very large fibroids removed by Dr. MacKoul through minimally invasive surgery. My recovery was fast, easy, and with minimal pain. The operation was a total success, and I am very please with the result. I researched Dr. Mackoul, talked with other patients of his and my primary care doctor. After many other opinions, I am glad that I choose WSC for my surgical care, and would highly recommend this practice to others.

The office was easy enough to find. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!

Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise

No. It took me several times to get through.

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them
