Dr. Olgesbay and his staff have always made me feel welcomed and listened! He has been my ONLY doctor for years now and I wouldn't see ANYONE ELSE. He listens to everything you have to say, and he isn't so quick to treat you with a pill, he truly wants to get to the root cause of the symptoms. I had been ill for nearly 30 years, seen a multitude of doctors and never got any resolution. I now have answers, my symptoms are nearly all gone and all because Dr. Olgesbay didn't write me off! It wasn't "in my head" and I wasn't a "healthy woman", but I am now healthy and happy. Thank you Dr. Olgesbay! Compassion, caring, and understanding with a great bedside manner are what you'll find at FHC of Post Falls. Get Healthy, go see Dr. Olgesbay and his staff.

A total disappointment and waste of time. For 5 years, they could not get my hormone levels to fit in their optimal level. I was up and down, too high or too low trying various doses of the bio-identicals. I had been on them for the previous 5 yrs with no problems and had that doctor not moved away I would still be on them and feeling great.

I just completed my first visit with Dr. Oglsbay. He was a breath of fresh air!
He understands the "whys" behind the symptom and seems very knowledgeable about thyroid and hormone health. I am both relieved and grateful and looking forward to improved health.

Dr Ogelsbay never makes you feel rushed or unimportant. I've never had a DO before and am very happy with his practice. He also has a great staff and the best phlebotomist I have ever experienced. I just wish he would continue with Medicare patients as I am soon to be one. But I will work it out for certain issues.

He listens & is knowledgeable. Has ideas other than more medicine. He has really helped me balance out my mood. Helped me work on reducing the important blood work numbers too.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff. They are so warm and professional and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting this doctor. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Their equipment was very advanced and modern. I was impressed. I'm absolutely sure I'll make another appointment with this provider.

I would not recommend this office AT ALL! The doctor is nice but beyond that, this is the most frustrating health care office I have ever dealt with. They only work 4 days a week with very limited hours. Sometimes when they are supposed to be open, no one is there because they decided to come in late, close early, or take the day off. Wish I had a job like that! The office is closed for two weeks over the Christmas holiday/New Years so if you need anything, your just out of luck. It's a very small staff (only 2 other people I believe) so whenever you call during business hours it usually goes into voicemail, and they don't return phone calls. They also have an optional, specialized blood testing through a third party that checks for other things and they tell you that it won't cost you a dime. What they don't tell you though is that this third party company actually bills your insurance company in excess of $3000.00. I'll never go back to them and would advise anyone else to stay away. There are other hormone doctors out there that will give you much better customer service and will provide much better care, not to mention return your phone calls.
