They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.

I have been seeing Dr. Caterbone for several years. He is a talented healer, but he gets moody at times. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I would never send my friends or family here. The doctor made it completely obvious that he didn't care about me or what I had been through. He had obviously had a fight with his boyfriend and was taking it out on all of the clients. Either that or he absolutely HATES his job. Keep your personal life at home or get a new profession. This is NOT for you.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
