That doctors staff is terrible. Try to get a simple prescription filled some time while you are out of state. They will screw with you mercilessly. I needed blood pressure medication while on a trip and they told me to go to either emergency or to beg the pharmacist for some. Sometimes you need a script filled and you do not have time to travel from Florida to see the doctor about a simple unscheduled medication. The staff are very rude on the phone if you call up and expect them to ... do their job. They are entitled, bad employees and poor Doctor Walters is stuck with them because he shares them with the other doctors at that clinic. One of those doctors has left that clinic and I bet I know why. Eventually, after years of patronage to Doctor Walters, I left because I need to travel for work and I need a good, non-vidictive, friendly, easy to work with doctors staff. Otherwise I will suffer while I am out in the boonies needing medication. And I am tired of staff that are beyond rude on the phone while being little smiling two faced deviants in person. I was worried about changing doctos but it turned out to be a breeze and a very welcome change in my experience. Good Luck!
