The folks at Dr Jones' office always go out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. In fact, once I showed up there thinking I had a mini stroke and was freaked OUT! They immediately recognized I was suffering from Bells Palsy after a wicked bout with the flu and yet, they were kind, gentle and respectful of my terrible fear. They don't cancel appointments and I don't spend half the day in their waiting room because they're "running behind" from overbooking, and better yet, I'm often able to get in on the same day I call, which is a real rarity for most of the docs I've tried to see previously. I don't think I've ever even seen someone on a cellphone while at her office, and their full attention is always on me and what's going on with me. The office temperature is always comfortable and in Middle Tennessee, sometimes that's a real challenge for offices, but I have to say I've always been comfortable there. Dr Jones is about the only doc I know that I can be totally honest with, that takes the time to actually speak and LISTEN to me, and treats ME and not just my symptoms. Love her and highly recommend her.
