I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
