They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I called back the next day to speak with his nurse and was left on hold. I finally had to hang up. I never called back or got to leave my message. This is where his office needs work.

Dr. Gilstrap is the best family practitioner I have ever visited. He is thorough and thoughtful. He is an excellent diagnostician with real "horse sense." He cares about his patients and is accessible whenever you need him.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
