The doctor is nice and helpful when he is available. But, it is difficult to give a better rating. They are rarely open. Office hours are inconvenient. It is difficult to get appointments right away when needed. It is not a good office to visit during somewhat urgent situations. I called to see if could bring my son in due to possible pneumonia symptoms. The receptionist told me I could not get an appointment until four days later. That response was obvious to me that their is no priority set for patients that need to be treated In a timely manner. Long story short , I had to find another doctor that would see my son. It's disappointing , because it is in a convenient location. I recommended this doctor to a friend because she is very close and she opted out. She also found the office hours inconvenient and could not get an appointment in a timely manner.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice

He always answers my questions. He is is generally sympathetic and will listen. Waiting time is usually not more than 5 to 10 mins, longested I've waited once or twice in the last 5 years was maybe 20- 30 mins. He's smart, gives good specialist referrals and will make a real effort to figure out anything weird you've got going on.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
