The doctor is nice and helpful when he is available. But, it is difficult to give a better rating. They are rarely open. Office hours are inconvenient. It is difficult to get appointments right away when needed. It is not a good office to visit during somewhat urgent situations. I called to see if could bring my son in due to possible pneumonia symptoms. The receptionist told me I could not get an appointment until four days later. That response was obvious to me that their is no priority set for patients that need to be treated In a timely manner. Long story short , I had to find another doctor that would see my son. It's disappointing , because it is in a convenient location. I recommended this doctor to a friend because she is very close and she opted out. She also found the office hours inconvenient and could not get an appointment in a timely manner.
