Nice, modern, clean office. Called us in right away, never left unattended. The receptionist, assistant made my son feel at ease and very comfortable. from our first visit over 2 years ago. They had the insurance info ready to go, and a very nice selection of frames for all price ranges. The glasses were ready a day ahead of time. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. We were with Kaiser last year, 2012, just to try it out and we are never going back.

Dr. Liza is truly one of the most professional optometrist I have ever met. I had her come out to a Parent Child Workshop Program at Rivera Library and she sat down with each and every parent to go through their child's eye exam history and gave parent's tips on how to help their children take care of their eyes. What I love most about Dr. Liza was that she was personable. She really brightens up the room with her personality and I can see how dedicated she really is to her job.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. The one thing I love about them is that they always help me out when I need my glasses repaired or adjusted. They always fix my glasses pretty quickly, so I never have to worry about being without them. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
