Nice, modern, clean office. Called us in right away, never left unattended. The receptionist, assistant made my son feel at ease and very comfortable. from our first visit over 2 years ago. They had the insurance info ready to go, and a very nice selection of frames for all price ranges. The glasses were ready a day ahead of time. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. We were with Kaiser last year, 2012, just to try it out and we are never going back.

Dr. Liza is truly one of the most professional optometrist I have ever met. I had her come out to a Parent Child Workshop Program at Rivera Library and she sat down with each and every parent to go through their child's eye exam history and gave parent's tips on how to help their children take care of their eyes. What I love most about Dr. Liza was that she was personable. She really brightens up the room with her personality and I can see how dedicated she really is to her job.
