Dr. Rigacci gave me the wrong prescription twice, then refused to refund my money, despite the fact that he cost me money in contact lenses I couldn't use.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their eye equipment is up to date and high tech. The Dr's are extremely professional, thorough, and very helpful and patient. Great practice!
