I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. The office is family owned and very warm welcoming to me, I enjoy my time spent in the office! Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Anyone who walks in is welcomed with a warm welcome from Cristina at the front desk, doctor Eric, or their two beautiful smiling boys! Overall I definitely feel i am getting the best treatments!

I am truly sorry you had such a terrible experience with us that you felt it worthy of a 1 star rating. I assure you that the children do not tickle patients’ feet on a normal basis; they must have taken a liking to you. As you mentioned, this is a family owned and operated practice and I do put it out in the open that our children come to the office with us. There’s a large blurb about it in our website. Our family is very important to us, our boys are the main reason we opened our own office. The years that we will get to enjoy them are few, soon they will be in school full time and I’m sure they will be involved in after school programs too. So, for now and as long as I can, I will bring them to work with me and enjoy every moment. The fun and not so fun times too.
Again, I’m sorry you didn’t have an enjoyable visit.

This is definitely a family-run business. The receptionist is the Dr's wife and very pleasant. The Dr himself was friendly but not very personable. During my first visit their two young (under 3 y.o.) children were in the office. All throughout my visit the kids were playing with their mother or running up and down the hallway screaming. At one point while the Dr was working on me, I heard him laugh with the kids and make a comment to his wife. I thought perhaps this was not the norm and went back for a 2nd visit. Sadly it was worse. The younger of the two woke from a nap screaming and the older was IN the treatment room with his father while working on my back. At one point, the child started tickling my feet while I was face down.

The treatment was fine but I do not feel a doctor's office/treatment room is the place for children.

Going to see Dr Nicastro was one of the smartest decisions I have ever made. They make you feel welcome and I always walk out much better than when I went in. I really like that Dr Niastro takes the time to work on my muscles in addition to the adjustments. I never feel rushed and I always feel like they listen to me. I've lived in the Alexandria area for about a year and it's nice to find an office that makes you feel like a person and not just another patient.

Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise

No, they were disgusting
