My Chiropractor PLLC is a family owned and operated practice. Dr Nicastro graduated from the New York Chiropractic College in 2001 and has since had the opportunity to work along side some of the most reputable Chiropractors on the East Coast. In May of 2010 he established his own practice in Alexandria Virginia, off of Route 1 on Fordson Road. We have had the pleasure of helping many people with a wide range of ailments from injuries caused by auto accidents to the aches and pains from the stress of daily life.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. The office is family owned and very warm welcoming to me, I enjoy my time spent in the office! Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Anyone who walks in is welcomed with a warm welcome from Cristina at the front desk, doctor Eric, or their two beautiful smiling boys! Overall I definitely feel i am getting the best treatments!

I am truly sorry you had such a terrible experience with us that you felt it worthy of a 1 star rating. I assure you that the children do not tickle patients’ feet on a normal basis; they must have taken a liking to you. As you mentioned, this is a family owned and operated practice and I do put it out in the open that our children come to the office with us. There’s a large blurb about it in our website. Our family is very important to us, our boys are the main reason we opened our own office. The years that we will get to enjoy them are few, soon they will be in school full time and I’m sure they will be involved in after school programs too. So, for now and as long as I can, I will bring them to work with me and enjoy every moment. The fun and not so fun times too.
