The staff/doctors are easy to reach in an emergency. When I call they answer right away and in a friendly manner will assist or answer any question you may have. The day of my procedure I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I even had a blanket to keep me warm! They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. The doctor was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time.
