Yes, they were offended by my questions.

The worst I have seen

No; I have to re-explain my circumstances almost every time
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
No. It took me several times to get through.

Lousy acupuncturist. His intention is to make money and the patient's welfare is not uppermost in his mind. Acts very caring for a while till you sign up for the package that he offers (10 sessions) and then is very distant. At the end of the package program, you will see his caring nature again as he sucks up to you till he lures you to sign up once again for the next acupuncture package. Knowledge wise is very average but talks big. You get better care at other acupuncturists. He is out to make money. Newcomers beware, he knows how to act nice.
