Immunology patients beware! Dr. DeMera's repeated verbal professions on separate occasions DO NOT MATCH his actions. He orders extensive tests then fails to ever call the patient with the results of the tests-never informs the patient of the results and never addresses any issues revealed by the testing-weeks later. Upon addressing these issues with staff, Dr. DeMera again verbally professed he would call and address the results and issues then never called thus demonstrating his repeated propensity to profess falsehoods to a patient. Beyond unprofessional, unethical and uncaring.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.
