Dr Anderson is an excellent Dr but his staff They are so unprofessional they do not do the work they leave everything open for him to be in violation of anybody’s privacy they do not care about any kind of professionalism they are lazy they do nothing to aid such a wonderful Dr. he needs to get rid of these people in his practice and take on more competent people who will follow through on the task at hand I’m sick of the staff I’m sick of their incompetence I’ve had enough of their privacy violationsThey’re inconsistent on appointments referrals they do nothing to help such a good man

Dr. Anderson is always very professional and so is his staff. Their phone system doesn't seem to work well and I get frequent busy signals and recording saying they are at lunch when it is only 10:30am. Dr. Anderson always listens to my concerns and addresses them quickly. My only real complaint is that I often have to wait long periods of time to be seen and once you get in, you still have to wait a long time. They overbook obviously.

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

This doc does not listen. He makes assumptions and finishes your sentences for you. He does not follow up quickly, nor does he take the patient into consideration. I am taking my chart and running!

He was a little too argumentative and angry. He didn't seem like he wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. I don't go to the doctor very often, but when I do I want to be treated with respect. This doctor seemed to disregard and/or belittle my concerns about my symptoms and is hard-pressed to come up with a diagnosis for anything other that the absolute obvious conclusion. As a result, I am reluctant to go to any doctor now and think I would rather wait out the problem and hope it doesn't progress into something worse. The problem with finding somebody new or better is that the good ones aren't taking new patients. If you are absolutely desperate for care, he has the ability to write prescriptions......but that's about as far as his skills go. Beware. You'd probably have better luck with a diagnosis from Web MD or your mother in law.
