Dr Anderson is an excellent Dr but his staff They are so unprofessional they do not do the work they leave everything open for him to be in violation of anybody’s privacy they do not care about any kind of professionalism they are lazy they do nothing to aid such a wonderful Dr. he needs to get rid of these people in his practice and take on more competent people who will follow through on the task at hand I’m sick of the staff I’m sick of their incompetence I’ve had enough of their privacy violationsThey’re inconsistent on appointments referrals they do nothing to help such a good man

Dr. Anderson is always very professional and so is his staff. Their phone system doesn't seem to work well and I get frequent busy signals and recording saying they are at lunch when it is only 10:30am. Dr. Anderson always listens to my concerns and addresses them quickly. My only real complaint is that I often have to wait long periods of time to be seen and once you get in, you still have to wait a long time. They overbook obviously.
