I went to this doctor for a specialized allergy test. Since this is the only reason why I was there I wrote down everything that I was allergic to since I wanted to find products that I could use (especially on my face) that I would not have to throw away because of a reaction. She did read what I wrote and made fun of me for this. After the 4 day allergy test a person working in this office not a nurse just handed me the probably 6 page report and did not go over anything just told me to read it. She said the doctor recommends these products (very pricey) but I purchased. This same person put a dab of this product on the top of my hand and later I found out products should be tested on the inside of your arm especially if you have had reactions before. Used the one product once, pea sized portion and over 2 years later still having a reaction. Come to find out this product had the worst reactions in people that have the allergies (the ones I made her aware of) in. She told me "I am allergic to Sulfa and I use this" this was after I had a horrible reaction and I am still paying for this.

I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money, especially since they attempt to bill the patient for the insurance provider "write off" for fees which exceed what the insurance allows as customary. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. We have had appointments from 8:15 a.m. to 3:45 p.m and waited one to one and one half hours each time whether there was a full or an empty waiting room. We have overheard the doctor checking the football schedule or commenting on other patients while we waited. I do not think that acne treatment for adolescents is a priority in this practice.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.
