She was in and out of the room in 2 mins. I wasn't able to ask questions or anything. Second appt was the same and it cost me a total of 300.00.
Gals at desk said they weren't making any money and was glad I had a 35.00 co pay. Also messed up my insurance. Not happy!

I imagine she is a nice person..hard to tell she spends so little time with you...BUT in my opinion a terrible doctor. I was diagnosed with a serious condition. She had her office person call and tell me about it. They left out critical information that I found out only by looking at the pathology report in my on- line chart at the hospital where the results were sent. If I hadn't, I would have waited two plus months for her to treat it (her office said she didn't have any time sooner). When I talked to my primary care physician about this she said I should get it taken care of right away. I made an appointment with another dermatologist who got me in immediately. Dr. Manz Du-Lac's cavalier attitude (or incompetence, I'm really not sure which) could cost a person their life, and to me is very serious. If you are looking for a dermatologist for beauty issues, I'm sure she is fine, but for anything serious, I would recommend staying away from this doctor.
