I can not believe how RUDE the receptionist was to me on the phone!! She hung up on me TWICE!! I was calling looking for my husband a family doctor. We have recently gotten married and he moved here from Memphis and needed a primary doc. She VERY RUDLY told me that Dr. Briley would not see him because of his past! My husband had just had hurnia surgery! He had two hurnia's! She did not give me a chance to find out why He wouldn't even see him!!! I will never go the this clinic or recommend Dr. Briley to anyone!! I will tell everyone I know how I was treated!!!! And I can't believe this place is sponcering a youth football team!! HE IS NOTHING BUT A HIPOCITT!!! I WILL TELL EVERYONE HOW SORRY THIS PLACE IS!!!

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

The Office of Dr. Briley is clean, well decorated, and the staff are friendly, and welcoming. Dr. Briley is very professional, warm, caring, and thorough. I am very glad to have found such a great place to recieve healthcare!

First of all, the practice is NOT in LEXINGTON as WELLNESS.com has it.
Dr. John Michael Briley has really proven himself to our family. He has really helped my husband, Richard and we are so glad to find him. He has been in practice for over 15 years and is a Vanderbilt and UT Memphis man and one cannot do better than that. I think his nursing Masters was done at Vanderbilt and his doctor's degree was at Memphis. At any rate, his new office is just stunning. Thanks again.
