The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
