As a Certified Personal Trainer, Orthopedic Exercise Specialist and Healthy Behavior Coach I am masterful at creating holistic programs for adult clients. I pride myself on being a trainer who pays particular attention to good form for safe and effective fitness instruction.

As we age we lose muscle mass and bone density so strength/resistance training is key to firming, toning, mobility, balance, muscle strength and the energy to do more. I strive to develop exercise programs that are tailored to your current abilities, with a focus on a progressive and steady regimen to build strength, mobility and endurance.

I offer virtual training appointments with package discounts available. Reduced rates are available for seniors, allied health professionals and active/retired military. In addition I offer supplemental health coaching to address nutrition, sleep, stress and more.

Personal Training sessions are delivered over my private coaching app or Zoom, not much different than in person. I am able to demonstrate proper form and coach and cue you through your personalized exercise program. As we age, or depending on our activity level our exercise needs change. I will develop a training regimen that combines strength/resistance training, bursts of cardio and stretching as needed to promote mobility.
