Michelle Goebel, Inspired Intent founder is a Deepak Chopra Center Certified, Primordial Sound Meditation Instructor and Reconnective Healing® Practitioner. She has studied with Deepak Chopra, MD and Chopra Center Co-Founder David Simon, MD. For over 20 years, Michelle has practiced various types of meditation and natural healing. She helps people to find their inner voice through daily meditation so that they can create their lives with more inner peace, purpose and passion. Michelle teaches people how to meditate on their own using an easy technique and helps people to integrate the meditation practice into their own personal lifestyle so that it becomes sustainable over a lifetime. She encourages people to trust their inner voice to gracefully navigate life’s challenges, discover work-life balance, embrace change, reduce stress, improve sleep, enhance immunity and find more joy in life.

She teaches private and private and group meditation classes, workshops, workplace wellness and women’s programs throughout Palm Beach and Broward including Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Deerfield Beach, Pompano Beach and Wellington, FL.
