They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs. Dr Grotts is the best chiropractor I have ever seen, he's not just a back cracker he actually cares about what is ailing you and goes alot deeper into your actual health rather than just your instant needs. Highly recommend.
