Express Body Shaping is a full body express workout, 1 on 1 Personal Training service including a customized full diet plan.
Sessions last 30 minutes and focus on improving conditioning, body fat reduction, core stability and strength. It is a tough and challenging work-out every time! This express workout will include circuit training, boxing and cardio kickboxing, strength training, running, jumping, plyometrics and agility training.

When you train with me you are not only getting a trainer but also a friend. I specialize in womenʼs personal training because I know what really works for a womanʼs body. Strength Training, Swiss Ball, Kickboxing, Aqua Training, Yoga and Pilates are just some of the methods used to get the results a woman wants.

Trim and toned, not big and bulky. I also focus on Core and Functional Training that will help improve posture and balance in your daily life. It strengthens the muscles that help support the back and spine while decreasing lower back pain. Nutrition is another important part of any fitness plan so we can discuss your eating habits to make sure they support your fitness goals.

In your free fitness assessment consultation, we will outline your exercise preferences, goals, past injuries/illnesses, etc. so I can develop a customized workout program specifically for you. I am constantly increasing my knowledge by researching a variety of the latest training and nutritional methods in order to give my clients the best possible information. It also keeps things fun and interesting by incorporating many different routines and techniques with each session.

Personal Training sessions can be held at your home, office, community gym, local park or beach and I will bring all the necessary equipment to you. My rates are well below what you would pay for personal training in a gym or studio and there are no membership fees or contracts!
