I was very disappointed with how long they made me and my pet wait in the waiting room, and how much time was spent with the vet versus sitting in the office waiting on the vet. Very unhappy that the vet was combo treating another pet and mine, going back and forth between rooms; didn't feel like she was giving my pet her full attention. The vet and staff were friendly. I didn't learn anything about risks and benefits of the treatment for my pet. And Unfortunately my pet almost died from the vets treatment plan, and the vet was not available to help. Would not recommend or return to this vet.
