I will never get to try the message my husband got me for Christmas at this place. The location in 32256 had such horrible customer service, I was literally in tears after how they treated me.

I simply called to inquire about the place and the lady answering the phones (Tina) was so rude I was shocked. I simply wanted to know about the messages and she said, "its like any other message, you go in a room and get one." I was so appalled by that answer, it wasn't only her answer but her 'smart a**' tone of voice! I then asked if she could give me anymore details about the services then just that. She then proceeded to chuckle at me (more than once) and not giving me any further information.

I then asked if I could talk to a manger, she chuckled again(this is when I realized nothing would be done) and sent me to Britt the "manager." I then proceeded to tell Britt how I was treated. She said, well I'm sorry you feel that way but they ARE like any other messages. First of all, what kind of business sells their products like that? RED FLAG! Then she say, "If you were new I could see why you would have questions." Oh really? Now you see why I might have questions after making me feel like scum, and everything I was asking was SO inappropriate you both had to chuckle at me and act like I was should not be upset on how I was treated?! I said exactly so why am I getting such horrible service and being laughed at. She never acknowledged that I was being chuckled at(which was clear as day) but goes on to tell me she doesn't see what the issue is. I then tried to explain how unprofessional it was, and her answer was, "well I'm sorry you are perceiving things that way."

Never in my life have I been treated like that from a business. I want to get the word out everywhere about this place and warn them of who they could be trusting their bodies with!

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting Dr. Fowler... She answered all my questions that I had, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future with my low back pain. She always goes above and beyond to help me with anything I need which is quite amazing since she is usually the only one at that particular office...they have another office near the beaches but I would rather drive to see Dr. Fowler as she always makes me and the rest of my family feel like friends and not just another patient...plus she has been able to adjust me and my husband better than the other chiropractor at the beach. She always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. I hope she doesn't leave as I would hate to have to find another chiro.
