Betty Jiron, yoga teacher
I teach Restorative Yoga which is great for healing, releasing stress and learning to relax. All the classes are small no more than 6 for individual attention. I also teach hatha vinyasa flow, power yoga and meditation classes. You will love our peaceful sanctuary where you enjoy your yoga classes. Private classes available upon request.
