Very helpful and honest. We came in for a couples counseling session and were greeted politely and friendly. The therapist was very upfront and honest with us, letting us know couples counseling is hard work but we were both committed to it. Has helped our relationship and our communication is much much better than before.

I arrived early, to an empty waiting room, at my first appointment. No other patients came in or out and I waited 40 minutes (and did not get a full hour while other patients waited on us to wrap up an already late session). The courtesy call for my second appointment came only an hour before the appointment. The receptionist wasn't quite sure what time my appointment was though, and she thought she might be calling me at 9:30 am to remind me of a 9:30 am appointment the day of. I arrived on time to my second session today and waited a little over 15 minutes. Again, no patients came out. One new appointment did walk in and the receptionists reaction suggests the time slot may have been double-booked. She did not seem concerned about the wait and was not surprised when I canceled my appointment before it started, without rescheduling. I unfortunately waited a trip and a couple of weeks of treatment, but I don't want to give my money to someone who does not make an effort to respect the time of his patients.
