Our team of clinicians works diligently to provide you with an accurate diagnosis and then treatment options. Because our facility is able to offer so many different treatment options, we are able to treat most primary care and neuromusculoskeletal disorders. Our insurance department will meet with you once our clinician(s) have provided you with a diagnosis and treatment options. We will review the costs of the treatment options and provide payment plans when applicable. We will spend time with you and answer all of your questions until you are satisfied.

The doctor here is charming and very nice. He has the kind of warm demeanor that makes you really want to trust him. That is a huge mistake in my opinion. The doctor and the staff seem to not care about you, just the most amount of times they can talk you into a different service. If my wife had not seen the pattern I would still be a victim of them. They can talk you into seeing every provider there, including a MD and different therapy specialist. I did feel taken advantage of. I went in for neck pain and before I knew what hit me I was in for problems I didn't know I had. I feel like this man takes full advantage of his power dynamic to manipulate a person into spending more money then is needed. I have had more diagnostic treatment from this place in four months then I have recieved in 49 years of life. I caution you to be carefull, maybe try a place not so ambitious.

The staff at Advanced Physical Medicine of Yorkville is very welcoming. I have suffered for many years with pain and discomfort. I have been to many different providers trying to get help. I would get some relief from other facilities, but I always felt like I was missing something. I was referred to Advanced Physical Medicine (APM) by my primary care doctor. He told me that APM is the place to go for my neck and back pain. He said that many of his patients have been treated by Dr. Berkey and the therapists and have gotten great results. I am so happy that I found APM. It's a great combination of medical, chiropractic, physical therapy, and massage therapy. It was the complete package that I had been looking for. They have always taken great care of me...answered all of my many, many questions. I never feel like they are trying to rush me through anything. Most importantly, I am feeling the best that I can every remember. It took a few months of treatment. Considering that I have had my problem for many years, I was happy to be feeling this good in such a short amount of time. Thank you APM for your caring hands and hearts!
