They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand.
